Salmon with Creamy Mustard
Wonderful baked salmon topped with a terrific creamy mustard sauce.
1 pound salmon
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons honey |
1/4 teaspoon chives
1/4 cup non-fat plain Greek style yogurt |
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place salmon in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, skin side down.
- Bake salmon for 15 minutes.
- In a small saucepan heat mustard, honey and chives.
- Remove salmon when flesh flakes easily with a fork.
- Add yogurt to mustard mixture, heat to warm.
- Spoon on top of salmon before serving.
