Salmon with Creamy Mustard Sauce
serves 4

Salmon with Creamy Mustard
Wonderful baked salmon topped with a terrific creamy mustard sauce.

1 pound salmon
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 teaspoon chives
1/4 cup non-fat plain Greek style yogurt
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place salmon in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, skin side down.
  3. Bake salmon for 15 minutes.
  4. In a small saucepan heat mustard, honey and chives. 
  5. Remove salmon when flesh flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Add yogurt to mustard mixture, heat to warm. 
  7. Spoon on top of salmon before serving.
