Picture
Salsa
Fresh, spicy salsa is a breeze to make and you probably already have the ingredients. This salsa recipe uses either fresh or canned tomatoes so you can enjoy it year round.

1-1/2 cups diced tomatoes (or 1-14.5 ounce can no-salt added diced tomatoes)
1/2 cup diced onions
2 cloves minced garlic
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
4 ounce can fire roasted green chilies
  1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. If you prefer a less chunky version, pulse in a blender until desired consistency.
