Sauteed Mushrooms
serves 4

These sauteed mushrooms go well with grilled or roasted meats or poultry.
1 pound small crimini mushrooms
1 tablespoon butter 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic 2 tablespoons sherry |
- Clean and dry mushrooms. (I like using a damp paper towel to wipe the mushrooms clean.)
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
- Melt butter, saute garlic and mushrooms until mushrooms are tender.
- Add sherry to pan stirring 2-3 minutes.
