Simple Crock Pot Chicken
The balsamic vinegar in this recipes gives the chicken a a nice glaze and provides a complex taste. 

4 chicken pieces with bone (any combination thighs, legs, breasts)
1 onion, quartered
4-6 garlic gloves, peeled and separated
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 

  1. Arrange chicken in crock pot.
  2. place onion and garlic around chicken.
  3. Pour vinegar on top of chicken.
  4. Cook on high setting for 6 hours.
