Simple Crock Pot Chicken
The balsamic vinegar in this recipes gives the chicken a a nice glaze and provides a complex taste.
4 chicken pieces with bone (any combination thighs, legs, breasts)
1 onion, quartered 4-6 garlic gloves, peeled and separated 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
- Arrange chicken in crock pot.
- place onion and garlic around chicken.
- Pour vinegar on top of chicken.
- Cook on high setting for 6 hours.
