Slow Cooked Asian Pork
This isn't really Asian but it uses an Asian style sauce, anyway the cooking method and sauce end up giving the pork a nice smokey taste.
1 pound pork loin chops
1/4 cup no-sugar added apricot fruit spread 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar 3/4 teaspoon brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger |
- Arrange pork in slow cooker.
- Spread sauce evenly over pork.
- Cover, set slow cooker on low and cook pork for 5-6 hours.
