Slow Cooked Barbecued Chicken

Slow Cooked Barbecued Chicken
An amazingly easy chicken recipe, this is a fabulous alternative to barbecuing. It's perfect for those times you want barbecue flavor but it's too cold and rainy to cook outside.  

4 pieces chicken with bone and skin attached 
1/4 cup Becky's BBQ Sauce 

  1. Rinse and dry chicken pieces.
  2. Evenly coat chicken pieces with barbecue sauce.
  3. Place chicken pieces in slow cooker, turn to low, cover and cook for 6-8 hours. (It depends on the size of the chicken pieces. I used thighs and cooked them for 6 hours.)
