Snow Peas with Herbs
Herb infused oil and garlic enhance the fresh flavor of snow peas.
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves chopped garlic |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (oregano, marjoram, basil, parsley, etc.)
4 cups fresh snow peas, trimmed |
- In a small saucepan heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Saute garlic until tender.
- Add the herbs stirring well.
- Bring a pot of water to a low boil.
- Cook peas for 1 minute, or until just tender.
- Drain snow peas. Place in serving bowl, add garlic and herbs, stirring well before serving.
