Snow Peas with Herbs
serves 4

Snow Peas with Herbs
Herb infused oil and garlic enhance the fresh flavor of snow peas. 

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (oregano, marjoram, basil, parsley, etc.)
4 cups fresh snow peas, trimmed
  1. In a small saucepan heat olive oil over medium heat. 
  2. Saute garlic until tender. 
  3. Add the herbs stirring well.
  4. Bring a pot of water to a low boil.
  5. Cook peas for 1 minute, or until just tender.
  6. Drain snow peas. Place in serving bowl, add garlic and herbs, stirring well before serving.
