Spinach Strawberry Salad
serves 4

Picture
Spinach Strawberry Salad
This salad is spring personified. Fresh spinach and strawberries are fantastic by themselves but combined they are heavenly. Serve this delicious salad by itself or try my Poppy Seed Salad Dressing.

4 cups fresh spinach
2 cups washed and sliced ripe strawberries
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Poppy Seed Dressing
Raspberry Vinaigrette
  1. Wash and dry spinach. A salad spinner works best.
  2. Heat a small skillet over medium-high heat. Toast the walnuts stirring until done, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. In a large salad bowl mix spinach, strawberries and walnuts.
  4. Serve with salad dressing on the side, if desired.
