Sticky Boneless Ribs
Terrific ribs in a sticky tangy barbecue sauce. If it's too cold to grill outside this is a desirable alternative.
2 pounds boneless pork ribs
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup water 4 thin slices of lemon 1/2 cup diced onion 1 teaspoon chili powder |
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup ketchup 1-6 ounce can tomato paste 2 cups water |
- Heat a large skillet, brown both sides of the ribs.
- Add 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar and 1/2 cup of water to the ribs. Cover, lower heat, and simmer for 1 hour.
- While ribs are simmering, combine all of the remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- Simmer uncovered until the ribs are done. Remove the lemon slices.
- Drain the ribs, dry them off, place in a baking dish, cover with the sauce, and bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
