Strawberry Banana Smoothie
For a quick healthy breakfast try this delicious smoothie. It's high in calcium, iron and both vitamins A and C.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup plant milk 1/3 cup vegan yogurt 1 small banana, peeled 1 cup strawberries |
Directions:
- Clean and hull strawberries. Slice strawberries into halves.
- Slice bananas into 1 inch chunks.
- Place all ingredients into blender.
- Blend until smooth.
