White Sauce
This is wonderful, healthy white sauce is perfect for pasta! It is plant based, vegan with lots of protein and no fat! Use it to replace a typical white sauce in any recipe.
Ingredients:
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup plant based milk
2 cups garlic broth (2 cups water + 2 roasted garlic bulbs)**
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Directions:
**Substitute 2 teaspoons Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base for the roasted garlic.

- Add all ingredients to blend and blend until smooth.
