Rich, creamy Greek yogurt is a great tasting way to start your day. Use any in season fruit for the topping.
1 cup non-fat plain Greek style yogurt
1 teaspoon honey 1-1/2 teaspoon wheat germ 1/4 cup mixed berries |
- In a small bowl combine yogurt and honey, mixing well.
- Scoop yogurt into serving glass.
- Sprinkle wheat germ on top of yogurt
- Arrange berries on top.
