Yogurt Parfait
Rich, creamy Greek yogurt is a great tasting way to start your day. Use any in season fruit for the topping.

1 cup non-fat plain Greek style yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1-1/2 teaspoon wheat germ
1/4 cup mixed berries
  1. In a small bowl combine yogurt and honey, mixing well.
  2. Scoop yogurt into serving glass.
  3. Sprinkle wheat germ on top of yogurt
  4. Arrange berries on top.
